Kelsey is Clinic Administrator at Heartland Hearing with a background in managing Ear, Nose & Throat clinic operations and extensive experience in customer service. Kelsey has always had a passion for assisting others and appreciates working in hearing healthcare, where relationships and treatment have an immediate and profound impact on people’s lives.

A native Cedar Rapidian, Kelsey enjoys answering questions and helping guide patients to hear their best. She will find you the appointment that suits your needs, help answer basic hearing aid questions or troubleshooting, help with financing, answer basic insurance questions, and more. Kelsey loves getting to know our family of happy and satisfied patients!
