Insurance and Finance Options

Effectively treating your hearing loss and/or tinnitus is an investment in your health, wellness, and happiness. Until you come in and complete an evaluation, we cannot make a diagnosis, give a recommendation for treatment, provide cost estimates, or tell you how much your insurance will cover. That’s why we offer a complimentary consultation for your first visit. Once we know how we can help, we can tell you how much treatment will cost and what your hearing health benefit is.

Insurance

We accept most insurance carriers and your initial consultation is complimentary. When you come for your first appointment, we can check your benefit for you. We are proud to be one of the only offices in Cedar Rapids that will assist you in filing the necessary paperwork and submitting insurance claims on your behalf.

It is important to note that many carriers offer the same or similar hearing benefit for In- and Out-of-Network services provided by a licensed audiologist.

Medicare

Medicare only covers hearing exams and we currently offer those as a complimentary service. If you have a Medicare Supplement you may have a benefit, which we can check when you come in for your appointment.

Medicaid, AmeriHealth, AmeriGroup

We are not contracted with these carriers.

Financing

For those who qualify, we offer two choices for deferred interest payment plans (zero interest if paid on time in full) for patients looking for monthly payment options.
