We provide hearing aid repairs for all makes and models, regardless of where you purchased!
We understand your disappointment in the moments you experience hearing aid malfunction. Hearing aids have small working parts. Even when you properly care for your hearing aids, it is not uncommon over time for a hearing aid to need a repair. You may try to turn the hearing aid on in the morning and find that there is no sound; the battery door may come unhinged. If you experience an issue that needs repair, Heartland Hearing Center is equipped to diagnose your hearing aids and determine the best course of action.
For minor repairs we may be able to quickly fix your hearing aid in our office. Significant repairs may need to return to the manufacturer. We determine what kind of a repair is necessary and provide our honest recommendation if you feel your hearing aid is not working properly.
If you are a current patient or whether you purchased your hearing aids elsewhere, we are happy to try to repair your hearing aids. Because we work with a variety of internationally trusted hearing aid manufacturers, we are able to service most hearing aids.
When purchased new, hearing aids come with a specific warranty. If you need a repair during that warranty period, the repair is typically free of charge. If your warranty has expired, it is still possible to repair most hearing aids with a small fee. Depending on the hearing aid manufacturer, this repair may include a new six month or year-long warranty.
How Much May Hearing Aid Repairs Cost?
Hearing aid repair costs vary depending on several factors.
Whether or not the hearing aid is under warranty
The extent of damage to the hearing aid
The cost of replacement parts for your hearing aid
Out of warranty or older hearing aids that require substantial repair may involve a higher expense, based on the information obtained from the hearing aid manufacturer.
